摘要:: 上海儿童医学中心立足国际患儿诊疗需求，在国际医疗部构建并实施“全科+专科”服务模式，以全科为枢纽、专科为支撑，通过职责分工、流程重构、信息化赋能、非医疗配套体系支持，实现一站式闭环服务，为国际患儿提供全周期、跨文化、高质量的医疗服务，打造具有国际竞争力的医疗旅游目的地。

Abstract:: Based on the diagnostic and treatment needs of international pediatric patients, Shanghai Children’s Medical Center has established and implemented a "general practice + specialized care" service model within its international medical department. Using general practice as the hub and specialized care as the support, this model achieves one-stop, closed-loop services through division of responsibilities, process reengineering, information technology empowerment, and support from non-medical ancillary systems. It provides international pediatric patients with comprehensive, cross-cultural, and high-quality medical services, thereby creating an internationally competitive medical tourism destination.
