摘要:
2018年以来，国家医保局先后进行了4次医保药品目录调整谈判。目前，目录调整工作流程已逐步固定，主要包括准备、申报、专家评审、谈判和公布结果5个阶段，在企业信息收集、专家评审指标、专家测算、信息系统应用、申报信息公开等方面进行了不断完善。未来，可以在统筹兼顾科学性和实操性的基础上，强化不同环节工作逻辑一致性，应用真实世界证据，持续优化相关技术规则，建立常态化工作机制，不断优化医保药品目录调整工作。
Abstract:
Since 2018, the National Healthcare Security Administration has conducted four rounds of negotiations to adjust the National Drug Reimbursement List. At present, the working process of catalogue adjustment has been gradually fixed, which mainly includes five stages: preparation, declaration, expert review, negotiation and announcement of results. It has been continuously improved in the aspects of enterprise information collection, expert review index, expert calculation, information system application and disclosure of declaration information. In the future, it can strengthen the logical consistency of work in different links, apply real world evidence, continuously optimize relevant technical rules, establish a regular working mechanism, and constantly optimize the adjustment of the medical insurance drug list on the basis of overall consideration of scientificity and practicality.
