摘要:
血液库存管理是血站质量管理工作的重要内容之一。为提升血液库存管理水平，本研究采用SWOT-PEST分析法，结合苏州市中心血站太仓分站的采供血数据，分析了血液库存管理的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。今后需充分利用现有优势，抓住发展机遇，建立合理、高效的血液库存管理机制，有效规避街头献血率低以及区域性、结构性、季节性血液供应紧张的劣势和风险，从而保障临床血液供应，确保患者安全。
Abstract:
Blood inventory management is one of the important contents of blood station quality management. In order to improve the blood inventory management level, SWOT-PEST analysis was used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of blood inventory management, combined with the blood collection and supply data of the Taicang Branch Station of Suzhou Central Blood Station. In the future, it is necessary to make full use of the existing advantages, seize the development opportunities, establish a reasonable and efficient blood stock management mechanism, and effectively avoid the disadvantages and risks of low street blood donation rate and regional, structural and seasonal blood supply shortage, so as to guarantee clinical blood supply and ensure patient safety.
