摘要:
目的调查苏、沪、粤三省市医疗机构医疗服务标准知晓、培训、执行情况及存在问题，为进一步落实医疗服务标准提供依据。方法采取方便抽样方法，对苏、沪、粤三省市医疗机构940名医务人员进行问卷调查，对35名医务人员进行半结构访谈。结果二、三级医院、不同科室在标准的知晓率、培训率、执行率方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。二、三级医院标准实施中存在的主要问题是“标准、指南不易区分”“错把红头文件当标准”，且二级医院选择率高于三级医院（P<0.001）。标准适用性有待加强。结论苏、沪、粤三省市医疗机构医疗服务标准知晓、培训、执行情况较好。未来应继续加强标准宣贯、培训、监督和考核，努力提升标准实施效果。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the awareness, training, implementation and existing problems of medical service standards in medical institutions in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Guangdong, so as to provide basis for further implementing of medical service standards.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 940 medical personnel from medical institutions in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Guangdong provinces by convenient sampling, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 35 medical staff.ResultsThere were statistically significant differences in the standard awareness rate, training rate, and implementation rate of the second and third-level hospitals, clinical departments in the three provinces and cities (P<0.05). The main problems in the implementation of standards for secondary and tertiary hospitals were that "standards and guidelines are not easily distinguished" and "red files are mistaken as standards", and the selection rate of secondary hospitals was higher than that of tertiary hospitals (P<0.001). The applicability of the standard needed to be strengthened. Conclusion The awareness, training and implementation of medical service standards in medical institutions in Jiangsu, Shanghai and Guangdong provinces were relative good. In the future, we should continue to strengthen standard publicity and implementation, training, supervision and assessment, and strive to improve the implementation effect of standards.
