摘要:
术前讨论制度是医疗核心制度之一。但该制度执行中存在讨论内容不充分、记录不规范等问题。通过案例分析，阐述了术前讨论制度实施要点。指出医疗机构应重视术前讨论制度，明确术前讨论范围和参与讨论人员，规范术前讨论内容记录，并落实信息化管控，从而降低手术风险，保障患者安全。
Abstract:
Preoperative discussion system is one of the core medical systems. However, there are some problems in the implementation of the system, such as insufficient discussion content and non-standard records. Through case analysis, the key points of the implementation of preoperative discussion system were expounded. It was pointed out that medical institutions should pay attention to the preoperative discussion system, clarify the scope and participants of preoperative discussion, standardize the record of preoperative discussion content, and implement information management and control, so as to minimize the risk of surgery and ensure patient safety.
