摘要:
目的分析某三级公立医院床位效率,了解床位使用情况,为床位管理及医疗资源配置提供依据。方法利用床位效率指数模型与床位利用模型,对该院2016年-2020年床位利用情况进行分析。结果该院整体床位运行效率偏低。高效率运行科室占全院总科室的56.52%,效率型科室占34.78%,周转型科室占60.87%,闲置型科室占4.35%,无压床型科室。全院共需减少床位37张。结论两种模型能够更加准确、全面地反映床位使用情况,有助于管理者了解学科发展状况并适时调整床位资源布局,促使医院走向“优质、高效、低耗”的内涵式发展道路。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the bed efficiency of a tertiary public hospital and understand the bed utilization, so as to provide basis for bed management and related medical resource allocation.MethodsThe bed efficiency index model and bed utilization model were used to analyze the bed utilization in the hospital from 2016 to 2020.ResultsThe overall bed operation efficiency of this hospital was low. The high efficiency operation departments accounted for 56.52% of the total departments of the hospital, efficiency departments accounted for 34.78%, turnover departments accounted for 60.87%, idle departments accounted for 4.35%, and there was no press-bed type department. A total of 37 beds needed to be reduced.Conclusion The two models can reflect the utilization of beds more accurately and comprehensively, help managers to understand the development of the discipline and adjust the distribution of bed resources timely, and promote the hospital to the conglutinative development road of "high quality, high efficiency and low consumption".
