摘要:
介绍了某三甲医院研发的麻醉复苏信息提示记录系统，包括一般信息、术中记录、转运交接记录单、警示信息、复苏记录、关键时间节点、提示信息和出室评估等功能。该系统应用后，患者入麻醉恢复室时交接用时从（181.84±21.17）s缩短至（71.96±23.71）s，关键环节护士按时实施操作频次从77次增加至135次，差异均具有统计学意义（P=0.000）。该系统实现了信息传递自动化和资源共享，弥补了数据缺失，缩短了护士交接用时。
Abstract:
This paper introduced the anesthesia and resuscitation information prompt and record system developed by a tertiary hospital, including general information, intraoperative record, transfer and handover record sheet, warning information, resuscitation record, critical time node, prompt information and exit evaluation, etc. After the application of the system, the handover time of patients entering the recovery room decreased from 181.84±21.17 s to 71.96±23.71 s, and the frequency of the key operation was increased from 77 times to 135 times, with statistical significance (P=0.000). The system realized the automation of information transmission and resource sharing,made up for the lack of data, and shortened the time of nurse handover.
