摘要:
目的探索建立麻醉手术室绩效薪酬方案,实现绩效管理公平、公正。方法建立以工作量核算与手术室成本分摊相结合的绩效考评方式。结果麻醉手术室运行效率明显提高,医护患人员满意度提升,成本管控初见成效。结论新的绩效薪酬方案更加科学合理,充分体现了麻醉手术室医护人员劳动价值。建议利用绩效管理驱动科室进行流程改造,建立基于可控成本结余与成本分摊的管控体系,加强医疗管理信息化建设等。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the establishment of performance-based salary scheme in anesthesia operating room to achieve fairness and justice in performance management.MethodsTo establish a performance evaluation method combining workload accounting and operating room cost allocation.ResultsThe operating efficiency of anesthesia operating room was significantly improved, the satisfaction of medical and patient staff was improved, and the cost control achieved initial results.Conclusion The new performance salary scheme was more scientific and reasonable, which fully reflected the labor value of medical staff in anesthesia operation room. It was suggested to use performance management to drive departments to carry out process transformation, establish a control system based on controllable cost balance and cost allocation, and strengthen the construction of medical management information.
