摘要:
目的探讨输血闭环管理信息系统的应用效果。方法收集红细胞和血浆用量较大的ICU病区、肾内科、消化内科、介入治疗科血液输注相关数据,以2018年5月-7月为系统应用前,以2019年4月-7月为应用后,进行比较分析。结果取血时间及输注等待时间缩短,悬浮红细胞、血浆输注时限符合要求率提高。结论将闭环管理应用于临床血液制剂输注全过程,实现了对临床血液制剂输注全过程的实时监控,避免了人为因素对血液制剂输注安全性造成的不良后果,提升了输血管理质量,保障了临床输血安全。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of closed-loop management information system for blood transfusion.MethodsData related to blood transfusion in ICU ward, Nephrology Department, Gastroenterology Department, and Interventional Therapy Department with large consumption of red blood cells and plasma were collected. Take May to July 2018 as the system before application, and April to July 2019 as the post-application for inter-group comparative analysis.ResultsThe time for blood collection and the waiting time for infusion were shortened, and the coincidence rate of suspended red blood cells and plasma from the beginning of infusion to the end of infusion was improved. Conclusion The application of closed-loop management in the whole process of clinical blood infusion can realize the real-time monitoring of the whole process of clinical blood infusion, avoid the adverse consequences caused by human factors on the safety of blood infusion, improve the quality of blood transfusion management, and ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
