摘要:: 目的探讨男护士多点执业认知现状及其影响因素，旨在为护士多点执业管理提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法选取河北省邯郸市中心医院163名男护士作为调查对象。采用一般人口学调查问卷、护士多点执业认知情况调查问卷收集数据。采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果男护士多点执业认知得分为（3.28±1.08）分。月收入、每天工作时间、是否为专科护士是男护士多点执业认知的影响因素。结论男护士多点执业意愿较高，但担忧多点执业制约因素。建议政府出台相应法律法规，在探索制定多点执业相关规章制度时，充分考虑男护士优势。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the cognition and influencing factors of male nurses' multi-sited practice, in order to provide reference for the management of nurses' multi-sited practice. MethodsA convenient sampling method was adopted for questionnaire survey among 163 male nurses in Central Hospital of Handan, Hebei province. Data were collected by means of a general demographic questionnaire and a questionnaire on nurses' cognition of multi-sited practice. The SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. ResultsThe cognition score of male nurses' multi-sited practice was 3.28±1.08. The monthly income, daily working hours and specialty were the influencing factors on cognition and willingness of multi-sited practice among male nurses.Conclusion Male nurses had a higher willingness for multi-sited practice, but they worried about the restrictive factors in multi-sited practice. It was suggested that the government should introduce relevant laws and regulations, and fully consider the advantages of male nurses when exploring and formulating rules and regulations related to multi-sited practice.
