摘要:
针对输液泵故障多发开展QC小组活动,对输液泵故障现象进行统计分析,指出流速不准是导致问题发生的主要症结。据此展开原因分析,针对缺乏相关培训、电池电量不足、无定期校验3个主要原因,制定了一套系统管理方案,解决了输液泵在使用过程中易报警、故障率高的问题,取得了良好的社会与经济效益,保障了设备正常运转,提高了设备管理水平,提升了临床满意度。
Abstract:
The QC group activities were carried out for high frequency of infusion pump malfunction by statistical analysis, which showed that the inaccurate of flow velocity was major reason for the high frequency of infusion pump malfunction. On the basis of cause analysis, in view of the three main problems of lack of training, lack of battery and no regular check, a set of management system was formulated, which solved the problem of easy alarm and high frequency of infusion pump malfunction. It achieved good economic and social benefits, protected the normal operation of the equipment, improved the level of the hospital equipment management, and improved the clinical satisfaction.
