摘要:
目的评估用药安全问题，改进用药安全。方法应用美国用药安全自我测评量表（2000版），开展用药安全自我测评，发现用药安全问题，制定改进措施，降低用药安全风险。结果通过改进薄弱环节，相比2010年测评结果，2018年测评总得分权重比由56%提升至73%，19项核心特征得分权重比不同程度提高（3.1%~120.0%）。结论该用药安全自我测评量表可在改进患者用药安全方面发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate medication safety issues and improve medication safety.MethodsThe American Medication Safety Self-Assessment for Hospitals scale (version 2000) was used to carry out medication safety self-assessment, discover drug safety problems, formulate improvement measures, and reduce drug safety risks.ResultsBy improving the weak links, the weighted ratio of the total score in the 2018 evaluation increased from 56% to 73% compared with the 2010 evaluation results, and the weighted ratio of the score of the 19 core characteristics increased to different degrees (3.1%~120.0%).Conclusion The Medication Safety Self-Assessment for Hospitals can play an important role in improving the medication safety of patients.
