摘要:
目的基于疾病诊断相关分组指标，对心血管内科各病区医疗服务能力进行评价，为改善医疗服务计划提供指导。方法收集2018年研究医院心血管内科住院患者病案首页数据，以2016版BJ-DRGs为工具进行分组，依据能力、效率、安全3个维度的6个指标，运用加权TOPSIS和RSR模糊联合法评价各病区的医疗服务能力。结果评价靠前的3个病区是B、A、E，表明医疗服务能力较强，排名靠后的4个病区是D、F、C、G。结论基于DRGs指标的加权TOPSIS和RSR模糊联合法的评价结果与医院当前的绩效考核结果基本一致，且能更加科学、便捷、高效地反映各病区医疗服务能力的真实水平，为医院加强学科内涵建设指明了方向。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the hospital service capability in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine based on the diagnosis related groups (DRGs), to provide guidance on improvement of health service plan.MethodsThe home page data of medical records of inpatients in the Department Of Cardiovascular Medicine in 2018 were collected and grouped with the 2016 edition of BJ-DRGs as a tool. The medical service ability of each ward was evaluated by the weighted TOPSIS and RSR fuzzy combination method according to 6 indicators from 3 dimensions of ability, efficiency and safety.ResultsThe top three wards were B、A、E which showed better medical service capacity, and the last four wards were D、F、C、G.Conclusion The evaluation results of the weighted TOPSIS and RSR fuzzy joint method based on DRGs indexes were basically consistent with the current performance assessment results of the hospital, which can reflect the true level of medical service capacity of each ward more scientifically, conveniently and efficiently, indicating the direction for the hospital to strengthen the construction of subject connotation.
