摘要:
“互联网+医疗”在给患者就医带来便利的同时，其信息安全管理问题也越来越被关注。阐述了“互联网+”医疗健康信息安全的重要性，并对其存在的安全隐患进行分析，指出了“互联网+医疗”中存在的法律法规缺位、平台商业化利用风险、从业人员管理风险以及诊疗信息泄露风险等问题，同时提出了完善法律法规、树立从业人员安全意识、建立信息安全体系、强化医疗机构服务理念等对策，以期为加强互联网医疗健康信息安全提供借鉴。
Abstract:
While the Internet plus medical care brings convenience to people, its information security management problem is also getting more and more attention. The study introduced the importance of health information safety, and analyzed the hidden danger influencing health information security, pointed out the information security hidden danger of absence of laws and regulations, the platform of Internet medical commercial use, personnel management risk,medical information leakage risk. Furthermore,security countermeasures were put forward which included the improvement of laws and regulations for platform supervision, strengthening personnel safety consciousness, establishing information security system, strengthening the service philosophy of medical institutions, in order to provide reference to strengthen the information security of Internet medical health.
