医疗耗材管理成熟度评价体系构建及实证研究-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 为了准确评价医院耗材管理水平，引入能力成熟度模型(CMM)。根据成熟度模型等级特征，结合层次分析法，建立了医疗耗材管理成熟度评价体系。以天津市南开医院为例，以定量和定性相结合的方式对耗材管理成熟度等级进行评价，得到耗材管理成熟度得分为3.992，处于第4等级-定量管理级阶段，进而确定了优化重点是医疗耗材管理成本，提出调整库存成本占比、精细化管理培训、信息化建设等改进措施。该模型为医疗机构耗材管理提供了科学依据。

Abstract:: In order to evaluate the level of medical consumables management accurately, the Capability Maturity Model(CMM) was used.According to the grade characteristics of CMM model and the analytic hierarchy process, a evaluation system of medical consumables management maturity was established. In Nankai Hospital, for example, the consumables management maturity level was evaluated by using the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.The consumables management maturity score was 3.992, which was in the fourth grade, that was quantitative management level stage. Furthermore, the determined optimized focuses was medical consumables management cost, and improvement measures of adjusting inventory costs proportion, the elaborating management training, and informatization construction were put forward. This model provided a scientific evidence for the management of consumables in medical institutions.
