摘要:: 加强医院后勤保障体系服务质量已成为现阶段以及未来医疗系统发展的关键环节，其中检验试剂的供应管理直接关系着患者诊疗服务质量。通过引入物联网技术，使其与检验试剂的冷链全程管理流程达到高度契合，形成了以检验试剂环境温度监测，线下精密布控，线上可追溯的全程冷链精细化管理模式。应用后，检验试剂的配送专业性、使用安全性、相关科室工作及管理效率、信息化建设程度、人工成本及精细化管理水平等均得到明显改善。该冷链管理体系体现了医疗资源优化配置，确保了检验试剂质量，推动了后勤保障体系的科学管控。

Abstract:: Strengthening the service quality of hospital logistics support system has become the key link in the development of medical system at present and in the future, in which the supply management of testing reagent is directly related to the service quality of diagnosis and treatment of patients. Through the introduction of the Internet of Things technology, it was highly compatible with the whole process of cold chain management of testing reagent, forming a fine management system of the whole process of cold chain by monitoring the environmental temperature of testing reagent, precise offline distribution control and reversible online tracing. After the application, it had been significantly improved on the distribution specialty of the test reagent, the use safety, the work and management efficiency of related departments, the level of information construction, the labor cost and the level of fine management. The cold chain management system reflects the optimal allocation of medical resources, ensures the quality of testing reagents, and promotes the scientific control of logistics support system.
