摘要:
目的 通过对江西省部分市县级医疗机构医疗技术临床应用现状进行调查分析，了解医疗机构医疗技术临床应用情况，为做好医疗技术临床应用监管提供依据和思路 。方法 对137家市县级医疗机构医疗技术临床应用的相关数据进行描述性分析。结果 临床应用的前3位医疗技术分别是三、四级内镜诊疗技术、人工髋关节置换技术和人工膝关节置换技术。三级医院开展介入诊疗技术的比例最高，开展介入诊疗技术的医疗机构中综合医院的比例最高。结论 突出重点，加强医疗技术临床应用的事中事后监管，督促医疗机构进一步加强医疗技术管理，健全完善医疗技术临床应用管理制度，加强相关法规的学习，严格按照法律法规和相关技术规范开展医疗技术临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate clinical application of medical technology in county-level medical institutions in Jiangxi Province, and to provide evidence and ideas for the supervision of clinical application of medical technology. MethodsDescriptive analysis was carried out on the data of clinical application of medical technology in 137 county-level medical institutions.ResultsThe top three medical techniques in clinical application were three or four levels endoscopy, artificial hip replacement and artificial knee replacement. The proportion of interventional diagnosis and treatment technology in tertiary hospitals was the highest, and the proportion of general hospitals in medical institutions carrying out interventional diagnosis and treatment technology was the highest.Conclusion It will focus on strengthening the formative and post regulation of the clinical application of medical technology, urging medical institutions to further strengthen the management of medical technology, improving the management system of clinical application of medical technology, strengthening the study of relevant laws and regulations, and carrying out clinical application of medical technology in strict accordance with laws and regulations and relevant technical specifications.
