摘要:
作为国家-省级-市级三级质控网络中的重要一环，市级质控中心的作用发挥对质控成效具有重要影响。连云港市医院感染管理质量控制中心自成立以来，构建了基于“计划、会议、培训、督查、通报以及总结”六位一体的质控模式，不断强化基础院感质控工作，并创新质控形式，通过构建县区级质控中心延伸质控网络、组建感控专家组、培养青年管理梯队、开展联合质控等不断提升质控内涵。截止2018年底，实现全市感控专职人员全部持证上岗，感控培训覆盖人次增加220.50%，基层医疗废物收集难题得到系统解决，工作模式得到认可和推广。但仍存在专职人员队伍不稳定、监测数据不一致、器械不安全以及质控运行经费不足等问题，需要卫生行政部门以及医疗机构强化政策倾斜，推进医务人员职称晋升、感控信息化建设、区域化消毒供应以及专项质控经费投入的落实，进而保障质控工作顺利开展。
Abstract:
As an important link in the three-level quality control network of "country- province- city", the municipal quality control center plays an important role in quality control effectiveness. Since the establishment of the Nosocomial Infection Management and Quality Control Center of Lianyungang city, it hadcarried out a series of quality control activities. The six-in-one quality control model based on "planning, meeting,training, supervision, notification and summary "was built to strengthen the basic quality control work. The innovated quality control form was established by organizing the quality control center at the county for extending the quality control network, building a sensory expert group, cultivating youth management echelon and carrying out joint quality control to improve the connotation of quality control. By the end of 2018, 100% of full-time nosocomial infection control personnel had on duty with certificates . The coverage of nosocomial infection control training had increased by 220.50% and the problem of medical waste collection in primary health care institution had been solved systematically. The work patterns had been recognized and promoted. However, problems were still existed which included the unstable full-time staff team, inconsistency of monitoring data, unsafety of equipment and insufficient funds for quality control work. It was necessary for health administrative departments and medical institutions to strengthen policy preference, to promote the promotion of professional titles of doctors, information construction of infection control, regional disinfection supply and the implementation of special quality control funds, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of quality control work.
