摘要:: 文章介绍了华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院2016年-2018年的能耗管理实践经验。基于能耗监测平台，以单位业务密度能耗作为能耗考评指标,寻找到电力为能耗重要影响因子。通过能耗模型树功能模块快速分项查找医院用电量异常点，制定个性化报表实现分户查找，并利用能耗监测模块发现空调用电与气温具有强相关性。针对发现的能耗问题，采取相应改进措施，节能效果显著。利用能耗监测平台，深入挖掘能耗异常点，并及时采取节能措施可引导和推进节能工作精细化管理。

Abstract:: The practice of energy consumption management in the Tongji Hospital of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2018 was introduced. Based on the energy consumption monitoring platform, the energy consumption per the unit business density was used as the energy consumption evaluation index, and the power was found as an important influencing factor of energy consumption. Through the rapid breakdown of the function module of the energy consumption model tree to find the abnormal point of the electricity consumption in the hospital, the individual report was made to realize the separation lookup, and the energy monitoring module was used to find the high correlation between the electricity consumption of air conditioning and the temperature. Based on the problems, measures were taken to improve the energy consumption and the energy saving effect was remarkable. The use of energy consumption monitoring platform to dig deep into the energy consumption points, and to timely adopt energy-saving measures can guide and promote the delicacy management of energy-saving work.
