基于数据包络分析法的手术科室运营效率探讨-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的对手术科室运营效率进行分析，提出后续资源配置方案。方法以某三甲医院为研究对象，选取神经内科、耳鼻喉科、骨科、口腔科等13个手术科室的资源投入产出相关数据，采用数据包络分析法对各科室运营效率进行评价。结果确定了各手术科室医疗资源投入产出指标。经分析，神经外科需优先增加医生数量，控制医疗费用；胰腺外科需优先增加医生数量；骨科需控制医疗费用；心胸外科建议优先增加护士和床位。结论采用数据包络分析法对各手术科室运营效率进行评价具有可行性。可通过调整医院资源配置，提升手术科室运营效率，缓解“住院难”问题。但未来需加强信息化建设，提高数据采集准确性。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo analyze the operation efficiency of surgical departments to propose the resource allocation scheme. MethodsTaking a tertiary hospital as the research object, the resource input and output related data of surgical departments in 13 departments, such as neurology,otolaryngology,orthopedics and stomatology,etc. were selected. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to evaluate the operational efficiency of each department. ResultsThe indexes of medical resource input and output of each surgical department were determined.Neurosurgery departments should give priority to increasing doctors and controlling medical expenses. Pancreatic surgery should give priority to increasing doctors.Orthopedic care costs needed to be controlled. Cardio-Thoracic surgery recommended giving priority to increasing the number of nurses and beds. Conclusion It was feasible to use DEA to evaluate the operating efficiency of surgical department. By adjusting the allocation of hospital resources,the operation efficiency of departments can be promoted and the difficulty of hospitalization can be alleviated. However,in the future, information construction should be strengthened to improve the accuracy of data collection.
