摘要:
提升西藏自治区的医疗服务能力，必须依靠一支具备丰富临床经验的骨干医疗团队。结合援藏工作经验,认为组团式医疗援藏、双聘专家导师制、医师素质提升培养计划、远程医疗平台建设以及建立标准化培训考核指 标应是推进西藏医疗建设的重要措施。
Abstract:
The medical service capacity of Tibet autonomous region has been improved by relying on a backbone medical team with rich clinical experience.Based on the work experience in Tibet, the author believed that the important and effective measures to promote the medical construction in Tibet included group medical aid, double employment of experts and tutors, training plan for improving the quality of doctors, construction of tele-medical platform and establishment of standardized training assessment indicators.
