摘要:
目的以1981年-2018年国内学者在中国知网（CNKI）数据库中发表的医药卫生科技领域医疗质量管理文献为数据源，对医疗质量管理研究现状进行分析。方法通过文献计量学统计分析，对国内医疗质量管理研究的文献 年度分布、数据来源、期刊来源、研究层次、著者情况、基金情况、被引用情况、被下载情况等展开评价。结果截止2018年12月31日，以“医疗质量管理”为检索词进行检索，获得文献926篇。1981年-2018年文献数量整体呈 上升趋势；文献主要来源于中国学术期刊网络出版总库，其中《中国医院管理》《中国卫生质量管理》《解放军医院管理杂志》相关载文量较多；研究层级主要集中在行业技术指导（自然）（52.16%）；著者的发文量较少， 发文数为1篇占75.16%；受到基金资助较少，仅占2.48%；总被引用量为4 179次，平均被引用仅4.5次；总下载量为94 862次，平均每篇下载量为102.4次。结论目前医药卫生科技领域医疗质量管理研究发文数量增长速率变化较 快，但发展不稳定，研究结果种类单一，研究层次较低，质量不高。应鼓励医疗质量相关研究，拓展研究结果种类，深入挖掘多层次研究方向，调动研究者积极性；研究应理论结合实践，重点突出创新性。
Abstract:
To analyze the research status of medical quality management in the field of medicine and health science and technology published by domestic scholars in CNKI database from 1981 to 2018.MethodsThe literature annual distribution, data sources, journal sources, research levels, authors, funds, citations and downloads of domestic medical quality management research were evaluated by bibliometrics analysis.ResultsA total of 926 references were retrieved on December 31, 2018, under the title "medical quality management". From 1981 to 2018, the number of literatures was on the rise. The literature mainly came from the online publishing library of Chinese academic journals. There were many related articles in "Chinese hospital management", "Chinese health quality management" and "PLA hospital management journal". The research level mainly focused on industry technical guidance (nature) (52.16%); the number of published articles was relatively small, with one published article accounting for 75.16%, and only 2.48% had fund sources; the total number of citations was 4 179, and the average number of citations was only 4.5. The total number of downloads was 94 862, and the average number of downloads was 102.4.Conclusion At present, the growth rate of medical quality management research in the field of medical science and technology changes rapidly, but the development is not stable. The research on medical quality should be encouraged, the types of research results should be expanded, the multi-level research direction should be explored, and the initiative of researchers should be aroused, and the research should combine theory with practice and highlight innovation.
