摘要:
医院感染管理水平是评价医院综合医疗质量和患者安全的重要内容。将系统管理理论应用于医院感染管理，建立了基于系统管理理论五大要素的医院感染综合防控管理系统，包括组织架构子系统、制度建设子系统、教育培训子系统、风险管理子系统、指标监测子系统、监督审查子系统、支持保障子系统以及绩效考核子系统。通过探索与实践，各项感染防控质量指标呈现逐年改善趋势，取得了显著成效。该系统可作为院感管理部门参照执行的管理范本，推广至其他医院
Abstract:
Nosocomial infection management is an important part of evaluating medical quality and patient safety in hospital. In this study, system management theory was applied to the nosocomial infection management, and a comprehensive prevention and control management system of nosocomial infection was established based on the five elements of system management theory, including organizational structure subsystem, system construction subsystem, education and training subsystem, risk management subsystem, index monitoring subsystem, supervision and audit subsystem, support and guarantee subsystem and performance assessment subsystem. Through exploration and practice, the quality indicators of infection prevention and control showed a trend of improvement year by year with remarkable effect. This system can be used as the management model of the hospital nosocomial infection management department, which can be used for reference by other hospitals.
