摘要:
通过三级综合医院开展医联体项目化建设实践，阐述医联体项目相关概念、建设实践及取得效果。认为医联体项目化建设有利于提升基层医疗机构诊疗能力，有利于加强基层卫生人才队伍建设，有利于推进构建分级诊疗体系。并提出，应细化医联体项目化建设组织工作，完善医联体建设相关配套方案，注重运行经验总结及持续改进，不断提升基层诊疗能力。
Abstract:
Through the practice of medical association projectization construction of tertiary general hospitals, the relevant concepts, the construction practice and the effect were discussed.It was conducive to improving diagnosis and treatment ability at the grassroots level, strengthening the construction of grassroots health personnel, promoting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. Furthermore, measures were put forward which included the strictly organizing the construction of medical association projects, improving the supporting schemes related to medical consortium construction, paying attention to the summary of operation experience and continuous improvement, and constantly improving the service capacity of grassroots diagnosis and treatment.
