摘要:
探索DRGs在医疗服务综合能力评价中的应用，为医院的可持续发展指明方向。方法收集某三甲医院2016年-2017年的出院患者病案首页，应用DRGs相关指标进行分析。结果与2016年相比，该院2017年的DRGs组数、病例组合指数（CMI）、费用消耗指数（CEI）、时间消耗指数（TED）和低风险组死亡率等相关指标均转好。结论DRGs系统及其相关指标能够科学评价医疗服务综合能力，有效促进医疗服务产能、效率和质量的提升。
Abstract:
To explore DRGs in medical service comprehensive evaluation to point out the direction for the sustainable development of the hospital. MethodsThe first page of medical records of patients discharged during 2016 to 2017 were collected and relative standards were analyzed.ResultsCompared with 2016, the number of DRGs groups, case combination index (CMI), cost consumption index (CEI), time consumption index (TED), and low risk group mortality became better in 2017.Conclusion The DRGs system and its relative indexes can scientifically evaluate the medical service comprehensive ability and promote capacity, efficiency and quality of medical service.
