摘要:
探索应用DRGs对某市二级以上综合医院住院费用及离散度进行分析。方法应用东华软件DRGs住院医疗服务监测与分析系统，评估分析2015年-2017年临床路径的实施对代表性病种住院费用及离散度的影响。结果实施临床路径DRGs病种组的住院费用均出现集中和下降趋势； 通过Mann-Whitney 检验，代表性病种临床路径组和非临床路径组住院费用差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05）。结论基于DRGs的临床路径管理可以促进治疗的标准化、同质化，并可为下一步推进按病种付费和医保支付制度改革提供参考。
Abstract:
To use DRGs to evaluate the hospitalization expenses and dispersions in Grade-Ⅱ and above general Hospitals in a city.MethodsTo analyze the impact of clinical pathway on hospitalization expenses and dispersions from 2015 to 2017 by using DRGs cloud platform of Donghua Software of inpatient medical service monitoring and analysis system.ResultsThe hospitalization expense of all DRGs groups with clinical pathway showed concentration and downtrend. The Mann-Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the total hospitalization expense (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementing of DRGs based clinical pathway can promote the standardization and homogenization of clinical treatment, which provided a reference for the further reform of the payment system for diseases and medical insurance.
