摘要:
利用DRGs评价体系，探讨深圳市综合医院服务质量情况，为改善医疗服务整体水平提供借鉴。方法以深圳市2017年度 140万份住院病案首页为数据基础，借助DRG分组从医疗服务能力、服务效率、服务安全与学科发展均衡性四个方面综合评价。结果37家公立综合医院中服务能力最强的是1号医院（96.01分），服务效率最好的是27号医院（90.63分），4家医院安全得分为100分，不存在专科缺失的情况。综合得分最高的是1号医院（85.46分）。结论深圳市三级医院应着重提高医疗服务效率，二级医院应提升医疗服务能力。利用DRGs可以对医院服务绩效进行较客观、全面的评价，从而实现对医院的精细化管理。
Abstract:
To explore the service quality of Shenzhen general hospitals by using the DRGs evaluation system, and provide reference for improving the overall level of medical services.MethodsBased on the 1.4 million homepage date of inpatient medical records in Shenzhen in 2017, the hospital performance on medical service capabilities, service efficiency, service security and balance of discipline development were evaluated by the DRGs grouping. ResultsAmong 37 government-run general hospitals, the hospital with the strongest service capacity was hospital No. 1 (96.01 points), the best service efficiency was hospital No. 27 (90.63 points), and the safety scores of four hospitals were 100 points. There was no shortage of specialists. The highest overall score was hospital No. 1 (85.46 points).Conclusion The tertiary hospitals in Shenzhen should focus on improving the efficiency of medical services, and the secondary hospitals should improve their medical services. The use of DRGs can make objective and comprehensive evaluation of hospital service performance, thus achieving refined management of the hospital.
