上海市级医院后勤智能化管控平台应用实践

摘要:: 上海申康医院发展中心基于互联网、物联网、大数据等信息技术的整合应用，建立了“后勤智能化管控平台”。平台由申康中心总平台和市级医院分平台组成，基于分平台可对医院后勤建筑、设备设施、业务流程等进行统一标准化管理，申康中心总平台可实现集约化宏观管理与统筹决策。该平台提高了建筑设备设施的标准化、专业化、集约化管理水平，为医院后勤管理实现“安全、高效、舒适、节能、精细”目标发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:: The Development Center of Shanghai Shenkang Hospital had established a “intelligent logistics management platform” based on the integration and application of information technology such as internet, internet of things and big data etc. The platform consisted of the Shenkang Center's general platform and the municipal hospital sub-platform. Based on the sub-platform, the hospital's logistic construction, equipment and facilities, business processes and other quality were standardized. The overall platform of the Shenkang Center achieved intensive macro management and overall decision-making. The platform had improved the standardization, specialization and intensive management level of construction equipment and facilities, and played an important role in achieving the goal of “safe, efficient, comfortable, energy-saving and fine” for hospital logistics management.
