上海市基层社区家庭病床患者病种构成分析

摘要:: 目的调查2017年上海市基层社区家庭病床病种构成情况，为完善服务提供参考。方法根据上海市家庭病床统计报表，统计2017年上海市16个区共240家社区卫生服务中心的家庭病床病种数据。结果2017年上海市基层社区家庭病床建床总数67 989例，其中新建49 412例，排名前6位的疾病种类分别是心血管疾病、脑血管病、糖尿病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤疾病以及骨折关节炎。以60岁以上老年患者为主，其中80岁以上高龄老人占 50.34%。结论上海市基层社区家庭病床服务需求以心脑血管等慢性疾病为主，均伴有多种慢性疾病。基层社区应围绕家庭病床患者病种较为集中的慢性疾病以及其他有需求的病种，夯实家庭病床服务功能，提高家庭病床服务技术水平。同时，政府相关部门也应加大政策支持力度。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo investigate the composition of family bed diseases in Shanghai community health service institutions in 2017, and provide reference for improving family bed services.MethodsAccording to the Shanghai Family Bed Statistics Report, the data of family bed diseases in 240 community health service centers in 16 districts of Shanghai in 2017 were collected.ResultsIn 2017, the total number of family beds in Shanghai community health service institutions were 67 989, of which 49 412 were newly built. According to the rank of diseases, the top six diseases were cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory diseases, tumors and fracture arthritis. The majority were elderly patients over 60 years old, and the elderly over the age of 80 accounted for 50.34%.Conclusion The demand for family bed services in Shanghai community was mainly chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, with coexist of multiple chronic diseases. The community health service institutions in Shanghai should focus on the chronic diseases and other diseases, consolidate the service functions of family beds and improve the service technology of family beds. Furthermore, relevant government departments should also increase policy support for family beds.
