摘要:
目的了解多院区医院文化建设的现状，分析存在的问题，为优化多院区医院管理提供理论依据。方法通过文献研究和问卷调查的方法，选取6家医院发放问卷进行调查，问卷内容主要包括医院的物质文化、行为文化、制度文化与精神文化等。结果不同院区在环境布置上存在差异，在行为方面呈现趋同性，大部分院区的制度统一规范，但医务人员对不同院区统一举办的活动参与的积极性不高，需要引起医院管理者的重视。结论多院区医院文化建设缺乏统一规划是造成不同院区文化风格迥异、文化发展不平衡、共同文化活动参与性不高等问题的主要原因，建议医院管理者加快开
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of culture construction in multi-district hospital, analyze the existing problems, and provide theoretical basis for optimizing hospital management in multi-district hospital.MethodsThrough literature review and questionnaire survey, six hospitals were included into the study for investigation. The questionnaire included mainly material culture, behavior culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture of the hospital.ResultsThere had differences in environmental layout among different hospitals, and there was convergence in behavior. The systems of most districts were unified and standardized. However, the participation of medical staff in the activities of different districts was not high, which needed to attract the attention of hospital administrators.Conclusion The lack of unified planning for hospital culture construction in multi-district hospital was the main reason for the differences in cultural styles, cultural development imbalances, and lack of participation in common cultural activities in different districts. It was recommended that hospital administrators should accelerate the development of cultural construction work in multi-district hospital in China from all aspects of culture.
