摘要:
目的了解三级医院护理人员护理科研产出现状及其影响因素,为管理者制定管理策略提供参考。方法以计划行为理论为依据设计在线调查问卷,对909名三级医院护理人员进行调查。结果调查对象中近5年已发表文章者占12.3%,有护理专业科研立项者占4.7%,结题者占3.4%,科研获奖者占1.87%;每天阅读文献者仅占3.1%。不同年龄、学历、职务、职称、工作年限以及不同的文献阅读频次的护理人员发表科技论文、已有科研立项与结题的人数不同,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同科室护士已发表科技论文的人数不同,差异有统计学意
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the research output of nursing staff in tertiary general hospitals and its influencing factors, to provide references for managers to develop management strategy.MethodsTheory of planned behavior was used as core ideal to design online questionnaire and a total of 909 nurses from tertiary hospitals were investigated. ResultsIt was showed that 12.3% of the participants had published papers in journal articles for recent five years, 4.7% had nursing scientific research project and 3.4% passed the final report check, 1.87% had research awards, 3.1% red literatures daily. The numbers of published papers and research projects of nursing staff were statistically significant differences among different ages, education backgrounds, professional titles, working years and literature reading frequency (P<0.05). The number of published papers of nurses in different departments was statistically different (P<0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that academic degree, technical title and position had an impact on scientific papers and research projects. Education level was correlated with nursing staff's subjective standard and scientific research ability, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The limitation of English level, too much work and no special person's guidance were the main reasons restricting nurses to carry out nursing research.Conclusion The quantity of scientific research output was small with low recognition; nursing staff had a positive attitude towards scientific research, but low executive ability of learning scientific research knowledge; education background, technical title, position and literature reading were the main influencing factors to promote the output of nursing scientific research. It was suggested that managers should set up advanced scientific research courses for nurses at different levels, establish a "help and lead" research group, and encourage nurses to actively carry out nursing scientific research activities.
