摘要:
目的分析医疗纠纷赔偿原因,提出应对医院医疗纠纷赔偿事件的对策。方法结合根本原因法,回顾性分析2016年-2017年162例已赔偿事件的基本情况及纠纷原因。结果医疗过失纠纷108例,其中手术不当为主要原因,占34.3%;非医疗过失纠纷54例,其中沟通不到位为主要原因,占57.4%。沟通不到位在两类纠纷类型中具有统计学差异(P<0.001)。解决途径以医疗调解委员会调解为主,占71.6%。结论医务人员应提升医疗技术水平,增强责任意识;注重医患沟通,掌握沟通技巧;关注患方治疗预期,合理控制其期望值;医院应建立医
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the reasons for medical dispute compensation and provide countermeasures.MethodsRetrospective analysis was used in 162 cases of medical dispute compensation during 2016-2017 based on the root cause analysis. ResultsAmong the cases, 34.3% medical negligence disputes (108 cases) were mainly due to the inappropriate surgical operation, and 57.4% non-medical negligence disputes (54 cases) mainly due to the patients-doctors miscommunication. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups in the patients-doctors miscommunication (P<0.001). The 71.6% cases were resolved through the People Mediation Committee of medical disputes. Conclusion Medical staff should enhance their professional skills and strengthen the sense of responsibility. The doctors-patients communication should be pay attention as well as the communication skills.Focus on the patient treatment,expertations and reasonably control their expectations. The hospital should establish the risk warning system with improvement on supervision and intervention, and the government should intensify the construction of medical liability insurance system.
