摘要:
对住院医嘱前置审核流程进行现状分析，对业务流程进行梳理。系统中的合理用药辅助决策、医嘱合并审核、医嘱点评等功能提高了医嘱审核的可信度，有利于医生和药师之间的有效沟通，确保了住院患者的用药安全。
Abstract:
This paper analyzed the status quo of the pre-audit process of inpatient orders and sorted out the business process. The system's rational drug-assisted decision making, medical order review, medical advice and other functions improved the credibility of the medical examination, which was conducive to effective communication between doctors and pharmacists, ensuring the medication safety of inpatients.
