摘要:
通过介绍不同模式的医联体建设现状，分析医联体建设取得的成效及存在的问题。存在的问题包括人才引进困难、患者的信任度不高、双向转诊推进困难、信息系统未实现互联互通和医联体成员单位间药品对接困难等。认为医联体是分级诊疗的有效抓手，松散型医联体的作用不应低估，应从政府层面、医院层面和患者层面探讨如何推进医联体建设真正落地，为二级医院医联体建设提供借鉴。
Abstract:
This paper introduced the status quo of different modes of medical alliance construction in hospital, the achievements and problems. The problems included difficulties in talent introduction, patient's trust is not high, difficulties in promoting two-way referral, unrealized information system connectivity and difficulty in drug docking among members of the medical alliance. It is believed that the medical alliance system is an effective measure for hierarchical medical treatment, and the role of the loose medical alliance system should not be underestimated. It should study on how to promote the construction of the medical alliance system from the government level, hospital level and patient level, so as to provide reference for the construction of the medical alliance system of secondary hospitals.
