医院等级评审的作用与可持续发展-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 医院等级评审是推动医院持续质量改进的有力手段。我国医院等级评审工作已经全面展开，各级评审标准陆续出台。《三级综合医院评审标准（2011年版）》是各地开展医院等级评审的主要依据，它采用PDCA理念促进医院全面质量管理。评审评价工作也推动了信息化建设及服务质量改进。我国医院的发展与改革需要正确认识外部评审评价的作用及有限性，提高政策实施效力，使资源得到有效分配和利用，实现可持续发展。

Abstract:: Hospital grade review is a powerful means to promote the continuous quality improvement. The hospital level evaluation in China has been carried out in an all-round way and the appraisal criteria of different levels have been developed. “The criteria for the evaluation of tertiary general hospitals (2011 edition)” is the main basis for the evaluation of hospital grades in different regions, which adopted the concept of PDCA to promote the overall quality management of hospital. The evaluation work promotes the informatization construction and the service quality improvement. The development and reform of hospitals in China need to correctly understand the role and limitation of external evaluation, improve the effectiveness of policy implementation, make effective allocation and utilization of resources, and realize sustainable development.
