摘要:
慢性病逐渐成为全球疾病死亡的主因，给各国经济和社会发展带来极大负担，慢性病防控迫在眉睫。通过对WHO和中低收入国家慢性病防控能力评估体系的评估流程、方法及指标进行对比分析，以及对慢性病防控计划实施能力的整体性和实施人员进行评定，为建立适合我国国情发展需要的评估体系提供参考。
Abstract:
Noncommunicable chronic diseases (NCD) have been the main death around the world and resulted in great burden for the economic and social development, the prevention and control of NCD are extremely urgent. Through comparative analysis of the assessment procedures, methods and indicators of the chronic disease prevention and control capacity assessment system of WHO and low and middle-income countries, as well as the assessment of the overall implementation capacity and implementation personnel of the chronic disease prevention and control plan, this paper provided a reference for China to establish an assessment system suitable for the development needs of national conditions.
