摘要:
目的 降低鼻咽癌放疗患者重度放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率。方法 成立多学科协作团队，通过现状调查、原因解析，明确了6项真因，针对性制定干预措施并执行，分别为：建立综合性评估体系，制定阶梯式干预方案，实施全维度提醒策略。结果 鼻咽癌放疗患者重度放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率由56.67%降低至22.22%。结论 开展品管圈活动可促进多学科协作团队管理，降低了鼻咽癌放疗患者重度放射性口腔黏膜炎发生率，使放疗中断率下降，提高了疗效和患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo decrease the incidence of severe radiotherapy induced oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.MethodsA multi-disciplinary team was established to find six true causes with investigation and causes analysis, and countermeasures were proposed which included the comprehensive evaluation system of radiotherapy induced oral mucositis, "step by step" intervention plan and "full dimension" reminder strategy.ResultsThe incidence of severe radiation induced oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was reduced from 56.67% to 22.22%. Conclusion Quality control circle activities can promote the resource management of multidisciplinary collaboration team, reduce the incidence of severe radiotherapy induced oral mucositis and the interruption rate of radiotherapy, improve the therapeutic effect and life quality of patients.
