摘要:
目的 对肿瘤内科患者实施组长负责制下亚专业护理模式,评价应用效果。方法 对2016年第二季度在肿瘤内科接受化疗的A病区患者实施责任制整体护理模式,对B病区患者实施组长负责制下亚专业护理模式,采用SPSS 22.0统计软件分析比较两病区平均住院日、两周再返院率及满意度。结果 观察组患者的平均住院日较对照组缩短(P<0.05),两周再返院率观察组较对照组低(P<0.05),患者对护理工作满意度,医生对护理工作满意度,护士对护理工作满意度两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 肿瘤内科实行组长负责制下的亚
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo carry out the sub-professional nursing model under the team leader responsibility system to manage patients in the Department of Oncology,then evaluate the application effect.MethodsIn the second quarter of 2016, the patients receiving chemotherapy in the A ward of the Department of Oncology were enrolled in the holistic responsibility nursing system, while those in the B ward were enrolled in the professional nursing model under the team leader responsibility system. The average length of stay, the readmission rate in two weeks, and the satisfaction level were compared between the two groups using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.ResultsCompared with the control group, the average length of stay and the readmission rate in two weeks reduced obviously in the observe group (P<0.05). The significant differences in the satisfaction level of nursing among patients, doctors and nurses between two groups were also found (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the sub-professional nursing model in the Department of Oncology could improve the quality of medical service, increase the degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors, which has guiding significance on clinical work.
