摘要:
良好的应急保障是高效处置突发公共卫生事件的基础。医院应急保障应完善组织架构与人员配备，包括建立应急保障工作小组、实施人员培训、开展团队建设等；建立良好的物资保障体系，包括体系设置、物资分类与储备、调配与维护等；设置合适的场地，包括医疗救治场地、物资库存场地、指挥中心场地等；构建高效的信息系统，包括联网、信息存档与调阅等。
Abstract:
Good emergency support system is the basis and guarantee for hospital to deal with public health emergencies. The organizational structure and personnel allocation should be completed basing on establishing emergency support group, training the personnel and building the team. The good material management system should be established basing on system setup, material classification and storage, deployment and maintenance, etc. Suitable site distribution should be established basing on medical treatment sites, material inventory sites, command center sites, etc. Efficient information system should be established basing on networking, information archiving and reading ,etc.
