摘要:
行业作风作为医院文化建设的核心之一，是实现深化医改要求及构建现代医院管理制度的重要组成部分。文章通过检索相关领域文献，结合实际工作，简要总结介绍了不同国家和地区的行业作风管理模式的优劣，并从卫生管理角度出发，就行风建设的体系、机制和模式提出了政策建议，以期对我国医院的行风管理有所启示。
Abstract:
As the core of hospital culture construction, medical ethics is an inseparable part of deepening medical reform requirements and modern hospital management system. Through searching relevant literatures and work practice, the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of medical ethics management in different countries and regions were introduced briefly. From the perspective of health management, some suggestions on the system, mechanism and mode of medical ethics management were provided for hospitals in China.
