摘要:: 二级医院是我国三级医疗服务体系中的重要一环。总结了二级医院放射专科门诊分级诊疗机制，从实践基础、主要内容、初步效果对二级医院放射专科门诊实践进行探索，指出二级医院放射专科门诊是新医改“1+1+1”模式的有益补充，为二级医院发展提供了新思路。

Abstract:: The secondary hospital is an important part of China's tertiary medical service system. The hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mechanism of the radiology clinic in the second-level hospital was summarized, and the practice of radiology clinic was explored from the aspects of practical basis, main contents, and preliminary results. It was pointed out that the radiology clinic in the second-level hospital was beneficial to the new medical reform 1+1+1 model, which provided new ideas for the development of secondary hospitals.
