摘要:
目的分析日间手术首台开台时间并提出管理对策，为提高日间手术室运行效率提供依据。方法对日间手术室2016年12月154台首台日间手术开台情况进行调查，内容包括接患者时间、患者入室时间、麻醉方式、麻醉开始时间、主刀医生及助手到达时间、麻醉完成时间、手术开始时间等。结果日间手术首台手术的平均开台时间为9:06分，有56例未按要求在9:00准时划皮，主要原因医嘱未开占53.6%，患者未入院占19.6%，停刀换患者占8.9%。结论日间手术室开台时间还需持续改进，以提高日间手术室运行效率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the start time of the operation in the Ambulatory Surgery Center and provide evidence to increase the efficiency.MethodsA total of 154 first-set surgeries in December 2016 in the Ambulatory Surgery Center were investigated, which included the receiving time of the patient, admission time of the patient into the operation room, anesthesia approach, start time of anesthesia, arriving time of the surgeon and the assistant, complete time of anesthesia, start time of the surgery, etc.ResultsThe average start time of the first-set surgery in the Ambulatory Surgery Center was 9:06 am. 56 cases did not start on time at 9:00 as requested, of which the reasons included lacking of doctor’s orders (53.6%), patients not being admitted (19.6%) and patients not being in a good condition for the surgeries (8.9%).Conclusion The start time of the operation in the Ambulatory Surgery Center still needs to be continuously improved for increase of the operating efficiency.
