摘要:
目的构建并应用日间手术精准化全程健康教育模式，改善健康教育效果，提高日间手术护理质量。方法选取2017年1月-3月在日间医疗部行妇科手术患者共125例，1月入院者为观察组，3月入院者为试验组，观察组采用传统健康教育模式，试验组利用信息化手段开展精准化全程健康教育。结果两组焦虑程度无差异（P＞0.05），试验组健康知识掌握程度、出院满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论利用信息化手段开展精准化全程健康教育可提高日间手术患者护理质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct and apply of the precision whole course health education mode in ambulatory surgery, improve the effect of health education and increase the nursing quality. MethodsThe convenience sampling method was used to select 125 patients with gynecological surgery in ambulatory surgery department from January to March 2017. The patients admitted in January were assigned to the control group with traditional health education mode, and the patients admitted in March were assigned to the experimental group with additional precision whole course health education by information technology.ResultsThere was no significant difference in anxiety between the two groups (P>0.05). The health knowledge and patients satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The precision whole course health education mode based on information technology can effectively improve nursing quality in ambulatory surgery patients.
