摘要:: 目的确定紧密型医联体绩效影响因素，促进医疗联合体绩效提升和改进。方法结合国内外文献分析和知情人半结构式访谈，初步拟定紧密型医疗联合体绩效影响因素指标体系；通过16位专家两轮Delphi法专家咨询，对影响因素指标进行完善和修改，并对结果进行Kendall’s W一致性检验。结果两轮咨询权威系数为0.73，平均协调系数分别是0.30和0.51（两轮P<0.01）,达到一致性检验要求。最终指标确定为3个一级指标、9个二级指标、17个三级指标。结论紧密型医联体绩效影响因素可由3个维度的29个指标构成，为紧密型医疗联合体的绩效评价提供了依据。

Abstract:: Objective To determine the factors influencing the performance of closely medical consortium (CMC), and improve the performance.MethodsThe combination of the semi-structured interview on specialists in this field and the literature review was used to identify the factors influencing the performance of CMC. Two rounds of Delphi consultation including 16 specialists were carried out to improve and revise the indicators, and the Kendall's W test was used for consistency analysis.ResultsThe authority coefficient of the two rounds was 0.73. The (Kendall’s W) coordination coefficient was 0.30 and 0.51 respectively. The final database included three first level, 9 second level and 17 third level indicators. Conclusion The factors influencing the performance of CMC included three dimensions and 29 indicators, which provided evidence for the analysis and improvement of factors influencing the performance of CMC.
