在采血工作一线实行双向选择管理模式,赋予采血小组长更多的管理权限,给员工提供选择自身工作环境的权利,营造职业危机感和紧迫感,进一步激活采血小组工作主观能动性,有效提升了采血工作能力。实施1年来,全血无偿献血人次同比增长2.69%,全血捐献同比增长6.1%;互助献血人次下降78%,互助献血量下降76.4%;街头献血人次同比增长39.93%,献血量增长46.1%;团体献血人次同比增长94.23%,献血量增长106.31%;献血者满意度提升至97.99%;街头捐血屋自主招募团体由8个增加到81个。实行双向选择管理模式,有效提高了采血一线工作效率,增加了血液库存,切实保障了临床用血需求。
Abstract:
In the first line of blood collection, a two-way selection management model was implemented to give the blood collection team leader more management rights, provide employees with the right to choose their own work environment, create a sense of occupational crisis and urgency, further activate the subjective initiative of blood collection team work, and effectively improve blood collection ability. After one year of implementation, the person-time of whole blood volunteer donation increased by 2.69% year-on-year, the whole blood donations increased by 6.1% year-on-year, the person-time of mutual-assisted blood donation dropped by 78%, mutual-assisted donation volume decreased by 76.4%, blood donation on street increased by 39.93% with blood donation volume increased by 46.1%; the person-time of group blood donation increased by 94.23% with the volume increased by 106.31%; the satisfaction of blood donors increased to 97.99%; and the self-recruitment groups for street blood donation houses increased from 8 to 81. The implementation of the two-way selection management mode had effectively improved the efficiency of blood collection work, increased blood inventories, and ensured the need for blood for clinical use.
