摘要:
成立生命依托圈，依据问题解决型品管圈活动步骤开展活动。从NICU患者气管插管并发症发生率高的现状出发，找出气道黏膜损伤、口唇挤压伤、误吸3个需重点改善问题，经鱼骨图、评价法、查检表进行原因解析，共找出5条真因，制定针对性改进策略。从医护协同、修订制度及流程、业务培训及考核、用具改进4方面落实整改措施，使NICU患者气管插管并发症发生率从16.76%降低为4.15%，更好地确保了患者安全。
Abstract:
The life support circle was established to carry out activities according to the steps of problem-solving quality control circle. From the current situation of NICU patients with high incidence of tracheal intubation, three key issues were found out, including airway mucosal injury, lip crush injury and aspiration. Through the fishbone diagram, evaluation method, and checklist table for the cause analysis, of the five true reasons were find out, and targeted strategies were developed for improvement. The corrective measures were implemented fromfour aspects of the doctors and nurses coordination, the revision of the system and process, business training and assessment, equipments improvement, which reduced the incidence of tracheal intubation complications from 16.76% to 4.15% to better ensure patient safety.
