完善班组组织机制，健全班组制度，建立有效沟通渠道，实现设备科学化管理，营造安全文化氛围，坚持全员持续不断学习，运用科学、有效的方法解决科室存在的质量问题，不断提升手术护理整体服务质量，提高了患者及家属满意度，实现了为患者创造安全手术体验的班组创建目标。
- Abstract:

Measures were taken, which included to improve the team organization mechanism, to establish and improve the team system, establish effective communication channels, to implement scientific management of equipment, to create a safe and cultural atmosphere in operating room, to insist continuous learning, to use scientific and effective methods to solve the quality problems, and to continuously improve overall service quality of surgical nursing care. It increased patient and family satisfaction and achieved the team target of creating a safe surgical experience for patients.
