摘要:
在新农合病例实施按DRGs病组付费改革的大背景下，在科室护理管理实践中，引入DRGs病组管理理念，安排护理工作；配合科室开展日间病房和临终关怀病房工作，提高运营效率；选择适宜静脉输液技术，控制护理成本；配合抓好病案首页质量管理等。上述措施使科室运营指标趋于好转，但同时也存在护理技术提升、患者权益保障、改革成效巩固、护理人员待遇提高等问题，需进一步探索。
Abstract:
Under the background of the DRGs based payment reform in the new rural cooperative medical system, in the department ward nursing management practice, the DRGs diseases group management concept was introduced to arrange nursing work. Cooperating with the department, daytime ward and hospice care ward was carried out to improve operation efficiency and efficiency. The appropriate intravenous infusion technology was selected to control the cost of care. The quality management of the home page of medical records was paid attention. The above measures made the operating indicators of the department tended to be improved. However, there were some problems which needs to be further explored, such as the improvement of nursing technology, the protection of patients' rights and interests, the consolidation of the reform achievements and the enhancement of the treatment of nursing staff.
