摘要:
目的了解中国各地区医疗机构消化内镜资源配置情况，分析医疗资源投入与产出的比例，并进一步得出最优投入与产出值。方法分析《中国消化内镜诊疗技术调查报告（2012年度）》中32个省的数据，采用DEA方法进行研究，选取投入变量为：消化内镜诊疗医院占全部医院的比例（%）、每百万常驻人口拥有消化内镜主机设备（台）、每百万常驻人口拥有消化内镜医师（人）；产出变量为：全部行消化内镜病例人数、未发生并发症人数比例。计算出我国30个省份消化内镜的资源配置效率。结果新疆、贵州、四川、广东、湖北、天津等内镜资源配置效率相对于其他
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the resource allocation about digestive endoscopy in China, analyze the ratio of inputs to outputs of medical resource and the rationality of the medical resource allocation, and to further get the optimal value of input and output. MethodsFrom “The investigation report on the digestive endoscopy technology in China (2012)”, the application status data on digestive endoscopy technology in 32 provinces were included in the study. By using the DEA method, the resource allocation efficiency of digestive endoscopy in 32 provinces was calculated, with the input variables including the proportion of hospitals with digestive endoscopy among all hospitals (%), the number of digestive endoscopy equipment per million resident population, the number of digestive endoscopy physicians per million resident population; and the output variable including the number of all patients with the digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment, proportion of patients without complications.ResultsThe resource allocation efficiency of digestive endoscopy in Xinjiang, Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangdong, Hubei, and Tianjin was better than that in other provinces. The low resource allocation efficiency was found both in developed areas and in remote areas in China. The actual resource investment in most regions were serious beyond the optimal target value.ConclusionThe resource allocation of digestive endoscopy was unreasonable in various regions of China. It was necessary to take corresponding policy to make rational resource distribution of digestive endoscopy among and within provincial level, and to make the virtuous cycle development of digestive endoscopy.
