摘要:
目的分析2016年手术并发症发生现状，提出预防对策。方法从医院HIS系统提取2016年发生手术并发症的全部数据，并与2015年同期数据进行对比分析。结果2016年手术并发症211例，发生率0.23%。手术并发症患者平均住院日同比2015年缩短了2.5天，但次均费用增加了1.9万元。手术并发症发生具有较高的病区集聚性，前10个病区占比高达49.28%，主要集中在肝胆外科、神经外科、骨科等。结论应加强手术基本功训练和培训，加强手卫生依从性和器械消毒检测，落实围手术期核心医疗制度，加强手术并发症跟踪监测与分析。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the surgical complications in 2016 and propose prevention strategy.MethodsAll data on surgical complications in 2016 was extracted from hospital information system in a hospital, and was compared with that in 2015.ResultsThere were 211 cases with surgical complications in 2016, with the incidence rate of 0.23%. The average length of stay of those patients in 2016 shortened 2.5 days compared to that in 2015. However, the average cost per patient increased RMB 19 thousand. Surgical complications exited ward aggregation, of which the top 10 wards accounted for as high as 49.28%. These wards mainly were the hepatobiliary surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, etc.Conclusion It was suggested to strengthen the training of surgical basic skills, strengthen hand hygiene compliance and instrument sterilization test, implement the core medical system during perioperative period, and strengthen the follow-up monitoring and analysis of surgical complications.
